高速動(dòng)車(chē)組空調具有噪聲低、溫度調節精度高的特點(diǎn)，并具有壓力波保護功能以免動(dòng)車(chē)組隧道運行或會(huì )車(chē)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的劇烈壓力波動(dòng)影響乘客的舒適性。我們成功研制了配套CRH380B、CRH5系列、CRH2系列及中國標準動(dòng)車(chē)組的空調系統。

High Speed EMU A/C features low noise and high temperature regulation precision, and has pressure wave protection function to prevent violent pressure fluctuation generated while EMU runs in tunnels or passes by other trains from impairing comfort of passengers. We have successfully developed A/C systems for CRH380B, CRH5, and CRH2 series and EMUs per China’s standards. 

2、城際動(dòng)車(chē)組空調  Intercity EMU A/C

城際動(dòng)車(chē)組空調具有噪聲低、降溫迅速的特點(diǎn)，并具有壓力波保護功能以免動(dòng)車(chē)組隧道運行或會(huì )車(chē)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的劇烈壓力波動(dòng)影響乘客的舒適性。我們成功研制了配套CRH6A、CRH6F、CRH3A、CRH3F、KDZ10及KDZ16城際動(dòng)車(chē)組的空調系統。

3、城市軌道車(chē)輛空調  A/C for Urban Rail 

城市軌道車(chē)輛包括地鐵、單軌、輕軌、有軌電車(chē)、市域車(chē)等，我們能夠根據各城市的運行環(huán)境特點(diǎn)配套性能可靠的環(huán)保型城市軌道車(chē)輛空調、以及滿(mǎn)足不同客戶(hù)的節能、耐高溫、防風(fēng)沙、薄型、低噪聲、一體化等特殊需求。目前已經(jīng)為中國的香港、北京、廣州、深圳、重慶、成都、天津、大連、南昌、長(cháng)春、蘭州、廈門(mén)、沈陽(yáng)、福州、武漢、佛山等城市配套了城市軌道車(chē)輛空調，并為麥加、德黑蘭、布宜諾斯艾利斯、拉合爾地鐵車(chē)輛配套空調。

Urban rail vehicles include subway, mono rail, light rail, tram and regional rail. We can provide environment-friendly A/C for urban rail vehicles with reliable performance based on characters of operation environment in different cities and meet special demand of different clients for energy efficient, high temperature resistant, weatherproof, thin, low noise and integrated products. Up to now, we have provided A/C for urban rail vehicles in Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Dalian, Nanchang, Changchun, Lanzhou, Xiamen, Shenyang, Fuzhou, Wuhan and Foshan in China and A/C for metro vehicles in Mecca, Tehran, Buenos, Aires, Lahore.

--節能型空調  Energy Efficient A/C

通過(guò)采用變頻控制技術(shù)、并聯(lián)壓縮機技術(shù)、熱泵等技術(shù)而實(shí)現節能。

Variable frequency control, paralleled compressor and heat pump techniques are used to realize energy efficiency. 

變頻技術(shù)：通過(guò)調節壓縮機頻率實(shí)現節能：壓縮機自動(dòng)適應負荷變化而變頻運行，運行頻率降低時(shí)能效比提高而節能的同時(shí)減小車(chē)廂內溫度波動(dòng)；節省空調負荷變化過(guò)程中壓縮機頻繁啟停的能量耗損。

Variable frequency technique：Energy efficiency is achieved by regulating frequency of compressor. The compressor adapts to load variation automatically and runs at variable frequency. When operating frequency drops, energy efficiency ratio is improved to reduce temperature fluctuation in the cab while saving energy so that energy loss during frequent start/stop of compressor during A/C load variation can be saved. 

并聯(lián)壓縮機技術(shù)：利用外部管路將兩臺壓縮機連結在一起而形成并聯(lián)壓縮機、并共用一套換熱器，當空調負荷需求下降時(shí)停止1臺壓縮機的運行將使能效比得到很大提升而節能；同時(shí)實(shí)現多級能力調節而減少壓縮機啟停頻次、同時(shí)減小車(chē)廂內溫度波動(dòng)。

Paralleled compressor technique：Two compressors are connected with external pipelines to form paralleled compressors that share the same heat exchangers. When A/C load demand drops, 1 compressor can be stopped to greatly improve energy efficiency ratio and save energy. Also, multi-grade capacity regulation is realized to reduce frequency of start/stop of compressor and temperature fluctuation in cab. 

--耐高溫、防風(fēng)沙、薄型、靜音及一體化等特殊需求空調

High Temperature Resistant, Weatherproof, Thin, Mute and Integrated A/C

耐高溫空調  High Temperature Resistant A/C：

選用適應高溫運行的制冷劑和壓縮機，通過(guò)制冷系統各部件的合理設計，使空調機組適用于高溫地區。

Refrigerant and compressor suitable for operation at high temperature are selected. A/C units apply to high temperature regions by designing all components in the cooling system properly. 

防風(fēng)沙空調  Weatherproof A/C：

采用公司的自動(dòng)排沙專(zhuān)利技術(shù)，利用冷凝腔底板適當的斜度、冷凝風(fēng)機作用及車(chē)輛的振動(dòng)，將進(jìn)入冷凝腔的沙塵從機組冷凝腔兩側面適當設置的排沙孔排出空調機組外，在列車(chē)運行過(guò)程中被兩側的風(fēng)吹走。

Our patented automatic dust-removing technology is adopted to remove dust entering condensation chamber of the A/C unit through dust holes appropriately located on both sides of the condensation chamber with the aid of the appropriately sloped bottom plate of the condensation chamber, the condensation fan and vibration of the vehicles, which will be blown away by wind whistling by both sides of the train during its operation.

低噪聲空調  Low Noise A/C：

通過(guò)優(yōu)化匹配設計、應用低轉速低噪聲風(fēng)機，并采用減震措施而實(shí)現空調機組的低噪聲。雙層夾板底板結構及消聲阻尼技術(shù)、配合出風(fēng)消聲風(fēng)道而有效地降低空調機組噪聲對車(chē)輛客室的影響。

Low noise of A/C unit is realized by optimizing and matching design, applying low rpm and low noise fans and taking damping measures. The double-layered laminated bottom plate structure and silencing and damping technology plus silencing air duct at air outlet effectively reduce the impact of noise generated by A/C unit on compartments in vehicles. 

4、干線(xiàn)鐵路客車(chē)空調  PDL A/C

具備配套干線(xiàn)鐵路全系列客車(chē)車(chē)型空調的能力，而且是國內車(chē)輛廠(chǎng)的青藏線(xiàn)鐵路客車(chē)空調專(zhuān)門(mén)供應商。

We are capable of providing A/C for full range of PDL rolling stocks as a dedicated supplier of A/C units for passenger trains shuttling in Qinghai-Tibet railway lines. 

5、機車(chē)空調  Locomotive A/C

研發(fā)了配套韶山系列機車(chē)、東風(fēng)系列機車(chē)及和諧系列機車(chē)的空調，并出口到越南、土庫曼斯坦、蘇丹等多個(gè)國家。

We have developed A/C for Shaoshan, Dongfeng and Hexie series locomotives which have been exported to Vietnam, Turkmenistan and Sudan, to name only a few.
